Every one specially females wants their hair to be strong, smooth, silky and frizz free . However the health of our hair depends on our daily routine, enough sleep, food intake, stress free life , healthy food habits and on regular exercise too , however this routine keeps us healthy from head to toe but in this busy life like maximum people are working can't follow all these and not everyone can afford helpers at home to get help to follow a healthy life . But doing some extra efforts we can get these benefits like eating salads , seasonal fruits, soakd almonds . But by applying some good hair masks we can get good texture of hair and even strong hair too . Today I will tell you a hair mask hair remedy to get strong , healthy , smooth, silky and frizz free hair .
Quantity of hair mask : 1 bowl for single time usage.
Person : 1 per
Ingredients :
Fuller's earth soaked in water : 1 bowl
Besan( gram flour): 2 tbsp
Prepared green tea : 1 cup
Note : (soak Fuller's earth in prepared green tea can give more benefits, can add more water as required to make it a proper paste )
Curd : 1/4 cup
Vitamin E capsule : 2
Method to make the hair mask :
Add Curd in the paste of Fuller's earth soaked in green tea and mix it well .
If needed add more water to make it a fine paste.
Now at last pinch the Vitamin E capsules and add the gel of them in this paste and again mix it well .
Section you hair one by one and apply this hair mask on your hair from head to tip of your hair properly.
Cover your hair with a shover cap to prevent drying of the hair mask.
If your hair are too dry or frizzy then apply a good hair oil before applying this hair mask.
Leave this hair mask for 2 hours and then wash it with plain water or use mild shampoo if feel oily by using hair oil before applying this mask .
Fuller's earth has some components which makes hair soft and smooth .
Green tea is however known as beneficial for our inner health but it is good for our scalp too .
Vitamin E capsules are very good for our scalp and for the inner strength of the hair too .
