Easy to make protein hair mask with covering the grey hair by regular usage.

 In this busy life we all want healthy , silky , dense and non grey hair but but something which is easy to make or readymade and easy to use too. People tries lots of hair products by purchasing them from the market but not every product is same as the brand says . So sometimes we tries home remedies too but mostly they took lots of efforts and time of us . But today I am going to tell you  all a hair mask which is super effective and easy to make and easy to apply too . This mask contains Curd and curd acts as a natural conditioner,  reduces dandruff , moisturizes dry hair strands , Promotes hair growth by strengthening the hair follicles .  Curd is rich in protein,  vitamins and fatty acids making it a natural hair conditioner that moisturizes and softens the hair . easy way to make daal makhani at home.


 If you want to make daal makhani at home then follow my recepie.

Preparation time : 20 min 

cooking time : 20 min 

Cousine : North Indian 

Serving : 5 person 

Ingredients : 

black gram daal or can say split black lentils ( urad ki daal saabut ) : 250 grm

Kidney beans : 150 grm

Oil : 300 grm 

Butter : 1 cup 

Cinnamon stick : 1

Big cardamom : 2

Whole red chillies : 2

Bay leaves : 1

Whole black pepper : 7, 8 

Red chillies powder : 2 tsp

Turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp 

Whole spices powder : 1tsp 

Raajma masala : 2 tsp 

Salt : as per taste 

Fresh Milk cream : 1/2 cup

Cream : 1 cup

Curd : 1/2 cup

Onion : 3 mid 

Garlic cloves : 8,9

Ginger : 1 small peace 

Tomatoes : 7,8

Green chilies : 3

Green coriander leaves: 150 grm 

Cottage cheese grated ( optional) : 1 cup

Recepie : -

Soak black gram daal ( splitt black lentils) kali urad daal and kidney beans in water over night.

Now put both the ingredients in cooker , add water , one cinnamon stick and 1 tsp salt and cover it with the lid and boil until soft .

Cut the upper part of all tomatoes and boil them all until soft. switch off the gas and put all tomatoes in a plate to let them cool down. now remove the skin of all tomatoes and put all tomatoes in the mixer jar and make a fine puree .

crush the ginger and garlic in mortar and pestle .

put  diced onion in mixer jar and make a fine paste.

Add chilli powder and turmeric powder in the curd and mix it well.

Now add oil in a pan and heat it up and add cumin seeds and all whole  spices , bay leaves in it and fry . now sim the gas and add butter in it .

Now add onion paste in the oil and fry it until golden brown.

When onion paste gets fry add marinate curd in it and mix well. simer the gas and cover it with the lid  and let it fry until it leaves oil aside.

Now add tomato puree we made in it  and again sim the gas and cover it with the lid and let it fry again. when again it leaves oil aside  add fresh Milk cream , whole spices powder , Rajma masala , crushed ginger garlic, green chilies , milk and boiled  whole gram daal and kidney beans in it and let it boil on simmer gas with covering it by the lid . 

At last put cream and grated (paneer) cottage cheese to garnish and give it more taste . 

Note :- Grated (paneer) cottage cheese is optional but it gives more taste and fine look to the dish .
