Preparation time: 20 min max
Cooking time: 20 min max
Dish ready for: 4 - 5 person
Ingredients:
Eggs : 10 - 12
Onion: 3 medium
Garlic cloves: 10 - 12
Ginger : small peace
Green chilies: 3 , 4 cut in the middle.
tomatoes: 8,9
Whole spices: 1 tsp
Red chillies powder: 1 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder: 2 tsp
Whole spices powder: 1/2 tsp
Salt: as per your taste
Kitchen king masala / Sabji masala, your choice
Cumin seeds: 1/2 tsp
Dry Fenugreek seeds leaves: 3 tsp
Skimmed cream or packed cream: 1/2 cup
Green coriander leaves: as per choice
Oil : 5 tbsp or as per choice
Preparation method:
Boil all eggs properly, let them cool and peel all eggs properly.
Now fry all eggs until golden brown , put them aside.
Add some oil in the pan and fry all
Dice onion in peaces .
Heat the oil and fry diced onion and garlic cloves in the oil until golden brown.
Cut all tomatoes from the top the stem part and boil them in pressure cooker. put them aside and let them cool. peel all tomatoes and grind them in the mixer and make a puree .
roast all whole spices on a tava and put them aside.
add fried onion and garlic cloves and roasted whole spices in the mixer and grind it properly and make a paste.
grate the ginger properly.
Now heat the oil in a pan . put cumin seeds and fry it . now add onion paste in the pan and fry it until golden brown. simmer the gas.
Add chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder in the paste. add a little water in it and cover it with a lid until it leaves oil aside.
Add tomato puree in it , add salt and mix them well. let it fry on simmer gas until it again leaves the oil aside.
add Whole spices powder and kitchen king masala or sabji masala, cream and mix them well. again cover it until it leaves oil aside.
Now add dried Fenugreek seeds leaves in it , add some water, as per choice and mix well. bring it to boil . add fried eggs and boil it properly.
switch off the gas.
put coriander leaves to the curry and garnish it well .
Have this curry with chapatees or with rice .
