 Because of today's busy life and bad food habits people are having problems like obesity, thyroid , blood pressure , hair fall , skin problems etc .

people are facing so many health issues but don't know how to protect themselves from the diseases where we know obesity is the main reason of all deseases and problems. but by taking some ingredients which are generally available at our homes we can protect us from deseases and can help these things in your obesity. 

However phisical health and mental health both are important for human being and to keep it healthy we should do exercise , yoga meditation etc . 

we should avoid oily ,spicy and junk food to be healthy.

Enough sleep is also important for the healthy body . 

Waking up at the right time and sleeping too at the right time is also good for healthy body and avoid health issues.

Like i said lever needs both hot and cold ingredients so for that we should take fennel seeds coz fennel seeds are  cold  by nature and carom seeds coz carom seeds are hot in nature .

Can take cumin seeds coz cumin seeds  boost the digestive system . cumin seeds  contains megnicium , calcium , iton , phosphorus so consuming cumin seed

s are very beneficial for our body .

Flax seeds are good for health coz flax seeds contains high protein and omega 3 which helps our body to fight with the bacteria and diseases. flax seeds also boost the metabolism , controls the colestrol , prevents from  cancer .

Ingredients : 

Funnel seeds : 50 grm 

Carrom seeds : 50 grm 

Cumin seeds : 50 grm 

Method : 

roast all , Funnel seeds , carom seeds and cumin seeds on a  griddle.  when seeds gets cold grind them all in a mixer to power form . add some apsom salt in this powder for taste . 

how to consume : 

Before going to bed have this powder about 1 tsp daily with luke warm water. 

add this powder in curd and butter milk too , it will boost your metabolism.
