  There are several people in this world who suffer from joint pain in many body parts. many times they feel sist in a perticular body part which pains ,like in the knee which we can say arthritis. they take several medicines to get rid from that pain but nothing help them permanently.  There are several remedies to cure this problem and I am telling you one remedy from them . there are several spices in our kitchen which can help us in this problem. ingredients :  Cardamom seeds : 200 grm Fenugreek seeds  : 100 grm  black cumin seeds  : 50 grm  preparation recepe :  Roast all the spices one by one mentioned in the ingredients . Let them cool and after that grind them all in mixer. Add black salt in it and secure it in a glass jar.
