 In todays busy life we face lots of problems at our work place,  studies, home  etc that causes stress in life.  This stress sometimes disturb our body inside and outside too.  Lots of stress disturbs our gut health and disturbed gut causes lots of skin problems too like pigmentation,  acne , skin freckles etc . to get rid of these problems first we need to take healthy food,  good sleep and correct lifestyle and routine. Although it's very tough to do so in this busy life but we can use some organic home made methods to deal with the skin problems.  Today I wanna share a method of a home made face pack to deal with skin issues.  - In this face pack the first thing we gonna use is:   [orange peel powder.] Orange peel powder is rich in vitamin C , antioxidants, offers numerous skin benefits like acting a natural exfoliant , brightening the complexion , helps reduce acne and blemishes.  The granular texture of orange peel powder...

Tasty, smooth as well as crispy laddoos. (wheat flour, gram flour , semolina )

 


Laddoos which has smoothness of wheat flour and gram flour, crispiness of semolina and brittleness  of clarified butter ( ghee ) .

cousine : North Indian

Dish : Khasta Laddoo

Net quantity  : 2 kg

preparation time : 20 min

cooking time : 30 min

Ingredients : 

Wheat flour : 1kg 

Gram flour : 1/2 kg 

Semolina : 1cup 

clarified butter (ghee) : 1kg 

Tagar ( bura ) - kind of a powdered sugar: 1/2 kg 

Cashew  : 250 grm

Almonds : 250 grm 

Raisins : 250 grm 

cooking recipe : 

First of all take a heavy wok ( kadahi ) 

switch on the gas and put this wok (kadahi) on it  and pour some clarified butter (ghee) in it .

when it gets heat up add all dry fruits in it and fry them. put them aside.

Now add rest of the clarified butter (ghee) in it and heat it too . when it gets heat up add Wheat Flour in it and roast it until it turns brown.

Now add Gram Flour in it and roast them for 2,3 min .

Now add Semolina and roast them all for 2,3 min again. keep the gas flame medium while roasting them all .

switch off the gas and put the wok (kadahi) aside.

Now add Tagar (bura) and fried dryfruits in it and mix them well.

cool it in room temperature and make round shape Laddoos of it .

If you don't like dry fruits adding them whole then you can chop them and then add them in the mixture.

Making these Laddoos are very easy and simple and they are very tasty too.
